Am i able to confirm the app from a different phone? My phone baseband is dead hence can’t use sim card on it which means my sim is in a different device i want to use this app on.

The app requires the SIM card to verify your account during the setup process. Since your current phone's baseband is not functional, simply insert your SIM card into the other phone, download the app, and follow the registration steps. Once verified, you’ll be able to access all the features of the app.If you encounter any issues during the process, feel free to contact our customer care team by dialing 123 from any Orange number.We hope this helps! This App barely works. It is used to convert airtime to data bundles but fails to authenticate when used with a router such as the Orange Connector whilst at the same time the Orange Connector SIM cards are locked to the device hence cannot be used outside the connector.The SMS authentication feature also does not work, always throws an error. The only, seemingly, way to recharge a connector is to have another Orange number which one can recharge and convert for the Connector.
