Conditions of use:
- Max it application is dedicated to Orange Botswana customers under 3/4G network coverage or WIFI.
- Download: possible under Wifi and free, under mobile coverage. The downloading traffic cost is deducted from the customer’s data plan or pay per use session.
Cost : The mobile traffic for the app use is free except when being located via Max it application or when the user is directed to a website, data charges apply and are deducted from the customer's data plan.

I have almost 2 weeks since I downloaded this app and ever since then this app never opens

Okay but could be better.
Fairly good to use. Could improve by
- allowing login through wifi (should be a given)
- ask for confirmation after clicking ‘buy’ on any product
Total Failure
This App barely works. It is used to convert airtime to data bundles but fails to authenticate when used with a router such as the Orange Connector whilst at the same time the Orange Connector SIM cards are locked to the device hence cannot be used outside the connector.
The SMS authentication feature also does not work, always throws an error. The only, seemingly, way to recharge a connector is to have another Orange number which one can recharge and convert for the Connector.
