Review
There is a problem in accessing my credit card transactions through the app. It is unable to process request!!!
Airtime purchase
It has been months, I can’t buy be mobile airtime using the app, it always tells me that the airtime purchase has failed, please rectify this.
With Orange, the pinless airtime works erratically, when Orange has specials, it’s difficult to get to buy airtime through this app. I am fortunate to have other banks app that are able to go through at the time your app can’t go through. Please rectify, I tried contacting the bank through other means but it’s just a waste of time and money.
