There is a problem in accessing my credit card transactions through the app. It is unable to process request!!!

Payment of utilities

Payment for DSTV disappeared for some time, now it’s back.
I now want to buy electricity BPC is not there as a utility anymore? What happened to that? It seems you make changes and do not have the courtesy to inform the client what’s happening and this is a great inconvenience for us your clients.

Very disappointed

Fingerprint log in no longer works and it keeps referring to the call centre. Each have to type the log in credentials which is very tedious!!!
