“乐速通”是一款由京津两地ETC发行方践行“京津冀一体化交通先行”理念，整合资源，优势互补，致力于向用户提供线上线下一体化服务的移动APP。
北京ETC用户主要支持功能：
【新办】含速通卡、北京银行账户绑定签约、华夏银行账户绑定签约、已有银行联名卡申请电子标签及激活写卡的在线新办业务。在线提交验证电子资料，线上完成签约支付，一键轻松预约，可享北京市域内上门安装服务；
【充值】速通卡在线充值，多种支付方式可供选择，省时省力更快捷；
【月结单】一键了解账户信息，通行明细轻松查询；
【ETC停车】ETC停车场一键导航，进出车场不停车；
【卡延期】在线延期更方便，速通卡延长十年只需三秒；
【预挂失/解挂】速通卡丢失，预挂、解挂更简单。
天津ETC用户主要支持功能：
【充值】快速充值无烦忧，省时省力更快捷；
【卡查询】随时查看卡内充值、消费明细数据；
【交易明细】交易明细早知道，账户消费更清晰。

温馨提示：
• 储值卡无卡充值成功后，需使用手机外接读卡器（“乐速通”专用音频或蓝牙读卡器）将账户金额圈存至卡面；
• 月结单、通行明细查询支持近六个月（不含当月）信息；
• 速通卡充值、速通储值卡圈存、延长卡有效期、卡查询功能须使用手机外接读卡器（“乐速通”专用音频或蓝牙读卡器）（可在速通公司部分营业网点申领）。
