结合发电企业的情况从实际需求建立承包商作业管控APP，用于管理和监控承包商单位，提高承包商的透明度和合规性。从承包商单位入厂前的人员资质上传，到入厂后的三级安全教育培训考试，严格管控作业人员资质提高安全意识。根据作业人员信息，实现“一人一码”，便于各级安全生产管理人员现场监督检查时可随时使用移动设备扫码查看，确保人员符合入厂要求。在作业过程中对作业人员违章监察，及时纠正习惯性违章习惯。通过以上功能对承包商人员进行全过程管控，提高整体安全风险预控管理的效能，变被动安全为主动安全。
