That section does not work at all: my sent and received messages are not displaying. The website works—the app has a defect.

Ordered sneakers, more than 90 days have passed and the sneakers have not come, the order was automatically completed and I opened a dispute. Attention, the seller said that the promised time of delivery has not yet expired and that the package is still on its way and offered a refund, which seemed strange to me, because I understood that the promised time of delivery has long expired and the seller is lying, I had no choice but to agree with the seller's decision to refund, I clicked to agree. But as it turned out, the seller specified a refund of $0, and this was not visible when I clicked the agree button, but became visible only afterwards. It is impossible to write to support at aliexpress, they only have a chat bot, which says that you need to update the evidence and contact the operator, but the operator cannot be contacted in any way. The most annoying thing is that there is no way to contact support, they specifically disabled any option of possible communication. This is just ridiculous, it would seem that aliexpress is a huge and respected company, but they can not organize technical support and closing any way to contact them, this is nothing but a scam. Worst of all, such a disgusting app is in the App Store and tarnishes the reputation of Apple who cherishes it. I hope this app will be removed from the App Store soon, at least until they get their technical support up and running, we should try to let Apple know about this situation.

For some reason when I try to place an order for one specific product it tells me that the said product is not available and I can’t buy it and asks to delete it even though it is in stock with the shop and I checked it many times to make sure.
Customer support in the app is disappointing and doesn’t include an option of speaking with a human representative, only a limited number of standard situations and there is no explanation on what might be going on in situation like this, they don’t even suggest looking into it and getting back in an email at least, just “sorry we couldn’t help you” bs.
