While overall the app is done nice and I fancy Bolt over other taxi providers, there’s one thing to mention:
Guys, really, it’s 2021 today. If I clicked on “unsubscribe” button in an email that means I want to unsubscribe. Yet, you created a web page with obscured main button and big keep subscription button. It took me 3 emails to actually unsubscribe.
It’s a shame you spend your user’s payed money on nonsense like this. Please, do something useful instead of 00’s dirty marketing cliches
The worst service I’ve ever had
I have been using taxi apps many years in several countries. The Bolt just another one. I always paid the price provided by apps and try not to contact a customer service. But not the Bolt. The half of trips forced me to contact customer service and request explanation of a situation. Bolt’s drivers at Warszawa are rude and unpleasant. I really don’t know why. Driving are unsafe, speed limits ignored, hard acceleration and braking. I dont hurry, but drivers always do. I will try other taxi services in Warszawa.
