Fraudulent advertising
Every now and then hotel information and ratings are exaggerated and fake. They probably remove bad reviews. I.e Hotel is listed as having a pool, which in fact is closed and has been closed for like half a year. Cleanliness will be set to 9, while in fact there are roaches in the room. Breakfast would be described as fabulous, while in fact it will be modest and just ok. Switching to a different app. Oh and the messaging service is subpar.

Disappointed (
Hi! I booked a hotel for my stay in Dubai. I had to change my plans because of flight. So I asked to change the date before 18:00 (when even I can canceled my booking for free) and only next day in the afternoon the hotel rejected to change the date (when I can not canceled the booking), didn’t suggested other options to stay and charged money at booking.
So I had to book another place. No one help me to back money.

In these cases we advise you to contact our Customer Service Team available 24/7 via our app menu Profile > Help and Support > Contact Customer Service and we'll be ready to contact the hotel and request an exception to their cancellation costs.
