slow and glitchy
The new design is nice but after the update the app got slower. In the messaging section, the time of sending is not displayed correctly - each time it’s showing the current time for each message sent or received so you can’t track the conversation. Messages sending fails - I have to send them 2-3 times. Also, if you’re using online banking and mobile banking on the same device, the online banking won’t update and let you in after confirming the login in the mobile app

The worst
The worst banking experiences I have ever had are all with ENBD and their dysfunctional app / support.
Support not responding for 1h10m and counting? Check. App not letting me make a transfer unless I wait 2 hours? Check. App not showing the error reasons and just showing “something went wrong”? Of course check!
If there was an option to rate this app and this bank lower than 1 star, be sure I would.
