The app is really handy and works fine wherever I have travelled according the coverage announced on site.
Yet below I would like to take the advantage and share my impression on dealing with Yesim support team. As I had to transfer the eSim to the new phone, I applied for the help to get a new QR-code, so I was delighted to receive a thorough assistance promptly and faultlessly by a member of the support. They even enquired if everything was fine afterwards. That was pleasing much, moreover the hours of my case attendance were totally unsociable. That is professional, thank you! Along with the services rendered, the customer care seems prompt and client-oriented!
Do recommend one and all to try and use the expertise of both Yesim itself as the advanced service and the team of dedicated professional working there.
Adore this app
Very simple to use and the best prices for the packages. Even calls via Viber worked well — no stops or pauses. Also used it for finding tickets or searching for the places at booking! Highly recommend. The guys also made an exception for me and allowed to use unspent traffic later.
