Gridizen is a new property management platform, helping property managers and their tenants.
Tenants can use Gridizen to pay rent, handle maintenance issues, contact their property manager and more.
Landlords can manage their properties easily.
Right now we are operating a closed launch. You will be able to use Gridizen if your landlord has signed up.

Facility Management
• Agents/Landlords can view facilities in their account
• Agents/Landlords can create reservation on behalf of tenants or even public applicants
• Tenants can view public facilities or private facilities which are part of their block
• Tenants can create/edit or cancel reservations
E-Sign Feature
• Prospects can use the new e-sign feature to sign contracts on the mobile app
• Prospects can also decline the contract if the information is incorrect in the generated contract
