- Increased cost of managers in City 2.

- Fixed being able to open tycoon report and armored car panels during a grand opening, which would force the player to have to restart the game to continue or cause a crash.
- IAP restore bugs fixed
- Fixed push settings text being covered by previous settings menu text on the main menu
- Removed - haptic feedback, will put back in once I work out a bug
