I can't cancel my subscription
I need to unsubscribe from the Leto・AI Add Text to Photos app. I only purchased the trial version, I don't need a one-year subscription. I am very disappointed with this approach of the app developers. I used the test version for 3 days and it stopped working after 3 days because it wasn't paid, that's right. However, I can't turn off this subscription right now because it's not paid for... but, I repeat once again that I used the 3-day trial period. I have a lot of problems because of this, other applications are not downloaded and are not paid for.

It seems like you’re experiencing issues with a subscription you don’t wish to continue. Here’s a step-by-step guide to manage and unsubscribe from your subscription:
1. How to Cancel a Subscription on iOS:
• Open the Settings app on your device.
• Tap on your name at the top to open your Apple ID.
• Select Subscriptions.
• Locate Leto・AI Add Text to Photos and tap on it.
• Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm your choice.
2. About Trial Subscriptions:
If you cancel during the 3-day trial period, no payment should be charged. However, if the trial was not canceled at least 24 hours before it ended, the subscription would auto-renew for the selected period (e.g., one year).
3. Refund Requests:
If you were charged and believe this was in error, you can request a refund through Apple. Developers cannot process refunds directly. Follow these steps:
• Go to Apple’s Refund Request page.
• Sign in with your Apple ID.
• Find the purchase related to the subscription.
• Select Request a Refund and choose a reason.
4. Subscription Stopping Other Purchases:
If your subscription is causing issues with other payments or downloads:
• Ensure your payment method has sufficient funds.
• Contact Apple Support for assistance if the subscription is blocking downloads.
