Не работает
Купил карту в надежде воспользоваться услугой онлайн регистрации с целью съэкономить время.
Не работает!
В итоге деньги потрачены, а вот услугой воспользоваться невозможно. На мое обращение, поддержка «послала» в сервисный центр, вместо того чтобы договориться о возможности привезти рабочую симкарту. Вернуть уплаченные деньги на банковскую карту без посещения офиса компании тоже не предоставляется возможным.
Очень жаль, что такие низкие стандарты обслуживания в данной компании!
Ужасно
После 10 попыток зарегистрировать карту, я не верю, что есть люди, которым удалось это сделать. После успешного завершения всех шагов, стандартная ошибка о том, что паспорт не прошел регистрацию и следует обратиться в офис. Колл центр не решает проблему.
