Marley’s Gotham Grill is located in the heart of the the lively Hackettstown area of New Jersey. The restaurant has been operating since 2009, with an atmosphere of “bustling and friendly. Join friends in the pub-like bar area for drinks and small plates, or sit for a full meal in the cozy dining room. Marley’s offer fast pickup and delivery via online ordering and e-gift cards direct via the website or mobile app.

The restaurant is best known as “the home of 250 wing flavors” with that current wing count at 250+ and rising. Chef Bruno Pascale’s crazy obsession with wings and kitchen innovation has earned him famous recognition. The Star Ledger’s Munchmobile recently ranked Marley’s as one of Jersey’s best for their “big, moist, cooked just right” wings. Not convinced? Flavors range from Kickin’ Chicken to Embalming Fluid, and Chef Pascale’s never-ending desire to experiment with sauces and seasonings means there’s always something new on the table. How’s that for “original”?

And now…we also have the food truck. “Marley’s Wings and Things”. Here’s how that evolved: In 2009, we opened Marley’s Gotham Grill, in historic Hackettstown, New Jersey, with the simple idea of one day becoming a popular American Restaurant. We had an idea to be the first restaurant in New Jersey to have the most wing flavors. Then in 2021, our dream has come true, called Marley’s Wings and Things on Wheels Food Truck. Our customers come from all over the Tri-State area and beyond to try our famous 250 flavors of wings. Since our wings have become so popular among wing fanatics, we decided to take our wings on the road. Our wings will be rolling throughout the state of New Jersey in different counties, accomplishing our goal to be the best wings in the country.
