If you already linked this watch to your account, can you verify that you are still logged in with this account?
If you logged out and created a new account with Apple SignIn or Google, please make sure that you selected the correct email address. You can check the email address of the account that you are currently using in Profile->My Information.
If the email address looks like, xxxxx@privaterelay.appleid.com, it means that you decided to hide your personal email address to the NOERDEN application by using Apple SignIn.
To solve it, please logout and login with the account which is linked to your watch.
