Simple easy-to-use app of the best BY bank
Great app where you can quickly do some complicated operations: transfers, currency conversion, service requests, appointment scheduling, limit changes, shopping analytics and more. Minor things that can be improved is to allow deleting old payments from my history, and checking that call to action buttons are not scrolled too far down.

We're very glad that you like our app! Do you want to delete old saved payments? If yes, press "Настроить" near "Быстрый доступ", then "Собственные платежи" and you will have options to rename or delete payments that you don't need anymore.
Unusable because of broken UI
When I tried to restore access to my account I could not press “continue button to go to the next page, as the on-screen keyboard would never disappear and would always obscure “ Continue”. Making the app essentially impossible to use. I could only circumvent this by connecting external USB keyboard via Camera Kit. Update I thought this repeated later in other parts of the app but the keyboard goes away if you tap between input boxes at least.
And later I found that taping top of the screen lets you proceed in login screen as well. Still, bad UI design when you need to do 2 operations to get to the next screen after entering the data.
Also, the app asks 2 confirmation codes to perform a transaction which is ridiculous

Hello! We're sorry to hear that our app caused negative emotions. We'll pay attention to your feedback while planning impovements. Also, app asks 2 confirmation codes for new payments because of security reasons. For payments that you've already done before (and saved them) you can enable confirmation via Face ID/Touch ID.
Last update is not user friendly
Latest update has brought new UI. Main screen became unusable at all. On IPhone 11 1/3 of the screen is occupied with useless panel with notifications from Bank that is empty most of the time. Because of this case panel with cards displays only 2 cards at a time. Had to click show more each time to see entire list.
There is no way to get rid of redundant blocks as well (for ex remove recent operations or currency)
Previous UI before update was really better.
