Да, иногда бывает, что на некоторые номера мобильный оператор может не доставить СМС. Пришлите пожалуйста номер телефона на который пытаетесь зарегистрировать аккаунт, на наш адрес поддержки support@pro-gres.app. Зарегистрируем вас в ручную.
