Support doesn't respond when my product hasn't arrived
I heard a lot of positive reviews about this store and decided to place an order, but I did not expect that my order would not arrive, although the program indicated that the product was available. I asked other people if they had seen it, but in the end nothing. Two days after the order arrived, I was blocked from accessing detailed delivery information. For me, this is an extremely negative experience with this online store.

Why don’t you send goods to Belarus, but Aliexpress does? The country isn’t even listed in your app, despite the fact Belarus and China are friends and partners. This is very sad 😞
