SSKRU ILAC เป็นแอพลิเคชั่นที่ สถาบันภาษา ศิลปะและวัฒนธรรม มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฎศรีสะเกษ เป็นศูนย์กลางแห่งความเป็นเลิศงานวิชาการด้านวัฒนธรรมของท้องถิ่นที่นำเสนอข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสี่เผ่าไทยศรีสะเกษ ซึ่งเป็นความหลากหลาย แห่งอัตลักษณ์การแต่งกายกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ในจังหวัดศรีสะเกษประกอบไปด้วยกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ต่างๆ สี่กลุ่มชาติพันธุ์คือ ลาว เขมร ส่วย(กูย) และเยอ แต่ละกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ในศรีสะเกษต่างมีวิถีชีวิต วัฒนธรรม เอกลักษณ์อัตลักษณ์เฉพาะถิ่นของตน ศรีสะเกษนั้นเป็นสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรม มีวัฒนธรรมที่หลากหลาย ถูกมานำเสนอในรูปแบบ augmented reality เพื่อให้ผู้ที่สนใจในวัฒนธรรมของจังหวัดศรีสะเกษ
