Настоящим ООО «БайТехСервис» уведомляет Вас о прекращении работы мобильного приложения «TIX» и о необходимости использования для оплаты проезда (погашения) ранее приобретенных Вами электронных билетов до 31.03.2022 года.
Обращаем внимание, что в соответствии с п. 3.3 акцептованной Вами публичной оферты ООО «БайТехСервис» стоимость оплаченных, но неиспользованных Вами электронных билетов до 31.03.2022 года не может быть возвращена, за исключением случаев, прямо предусмотренных законодательством Республики Беларусь.
1 мая 2022 года мобильное приложение «ТIX» будет удалено из App Store.
Напоминаем, что за несвоевременное прочтение либо не прочтение Вами данного сообщения (уведомления) ООО «БайТехСервис» не несет ответственности и не предоставляет какого-либо возмещения убытков.

Touch ID or pin authentication isn’t working
iPhone 7 iOS 14. After installation a latest version an issue with touchId or passcode is still reproduced. Please fix it as soon as possible.

Can’t access my account
After several attempts to log in with incorrect passwords the app has blocked me. I’ve changed the password but I’m still blocked. There are no other buttons to click on so how do I make my account unblocked?
