Custom watch faces

None of the fonts for the custom watch faces match what I see in the app. I can’t even return the old one, because it already looks different.

The language on the watch is English, I tried changing it to another - nothing happens. I reset it to factory settings, reinstalled the application, selected other images - no changes either.

Trash

How should we use the watch if your app does not allow logging in and pairing with the device? I guess the next step for me after failing to connect the device is to throw it into the trash can. Will you reimburse my investment of time and budget?
