Convenient banking in the palm of your hand. Bank from your home, the office, or on the go. All you need is your Online Banking Username and Password, if you don’t have one, enroll directly from the app, just choose “SIGN UP NOW” from the main screen.
Business customers contact your relationship manager to enroll if you haven’t already enrolled in Online Banking.
Access your accounts details, see transaction history, pay bills and credit cards. Do transfers, authorize transactions, message the bank, and much more.

Soft Token Enrollment on New Devices
I believe that you guys can give a option that Un Enrolls a device from the soft Token trusted device in case someone changes device.
OTP
The soft token was poorly designed. This feature is a good way to make account more safe but at the same time puts users at risk of losing access to their online banking in the event if a user change or lose their mobile device. This feature needs an overhaul with proper thinking and many real world use cases to improve usability of the app and feature. Should allow users to add,remove, change soft token to other devices as long as the user authorize. Or better yet allow text or email option for the codes.
Needs work.
It doesn’t really do much. It’s the same as going to the website. You can’t make utility payments unless you go to the bank and link the bills to your account. All other banks in Belize have better online services. You just need the invoice number and account holders name afterwards, you can do instant payment. Also, no Touch ID support. You gotta sign in with user and password each and every time.
