Fisio™ delivers easy-to-understand golf training sessions you can do anywhere, anytime in about 10 minutes a day with just a club and a mirror. Simply open the Fisio app, press play and follow along.
Fisio’s training sessions guide you through the fundamentals used by all great ball strikers, and show you the individual micro-movements of each fundamental. Then, Fisio guides you through easy 10-minute training sessions with carefully designed drills of those micro-movements. By doing the Fisio drills correctly, you’ll systematically ingrain the fundamental moves of a great swing in your muscle memory. So when you’re on the course, there’s no need to overthink your swing mechanics – instead, just trust your muscle memory and enjoy your round.
