Calling this app garbage is an insult to garbage.

Cannot believe this is the defacto way of getting into concerts in Japan. Verifying your number through an app should not be this difficult. Their answer is “well if you can’t verify your number don’t buy tickets.”

Everyone buys tickets before they even know they have to use your garbage app, and then when they try to verify they get an error that says “sorry error s-420” and tell you to read the FAQ as if somehow it was your fault.

Ended up having to email them, TWICE, to get them to just manually verify the number, after they ignored the first email. Probably because everyone randomly gets this dumb error, and you can’t even call them. They shut down their call centre months ago. There used to be a way to verify with an automated phone call and guess what? They shut that down too.

Overall if I could give this a negative rating I would. Absolutely unacceptable.
