易班是由国信办、教育部、上海市教委共同指导并全力推动建设的综合性互联网教育平台，平台以立德树人为根本，以思想引领为核心，为学生提供“互联网+教育教学、生活服务和文化娱乐”等全方位校园一站式服务。
易班手机客户端（APP）是各高校开展网络学习生活的入口，提供以高校师生思政教育、网络生活为主体的资讯内容、学校轻应用、校内互动和记录学生大学生活轨迹的成长体系。通过易班APP高校师生可以快速熟悉大学校园生活、建立良好的习惯和正确的价值观，是大学新生入学第一站。
主要功能模块包括：
1. 首页：自定义应用和聚合资讯平台，参与学校深度定制。
2. 互动：新的互动内容，融合易瞄瞄和校园微社区，采用多种互动模式结合成长体系提供优质的内容发布和传播通道。
3. 发布：提供精简发布和高级发布两种模式，并支持设置多种编辑器，支持各大视频网站的插入和展示。
4. 应用：细化快搭、轻应用分布，支持学校共建应用的配置。
5. 我的：全新成长体系，个人管理及辅助功能。
