I have had withdrawal issues just as everyone else but trust me if you summit documentation you are asked of the right order it been asked. Your withdrawal problem will be fix. I always think one 1xBet should have a better communication system in place sometimes emails are not always the best way communication style I would have personally recommend phone call 🤩

Do not deposit funds into your account. You will not be able to withdraw. I deposited $1000 via e transfer and was unable to place bets or withdraw my funds. I contacted the security team and they shot me around and kept asking for bank details and, id cards, e transfer statements etc
