Description
Call, video and chat on your iOS device via your office extension, wherever you are!
Stay connected and make remote work easier with 3CX. This app allows you to use your office extension from anywhere and not only for calls. Schedule conferences, chat with your colleagues and video call from your iOS device.
Getting Started:
1. Install the app.
2. Open it, read and accept the license agreement and authorize the permissions the app needs (camera, microphone).
3. Open your web client or desktop app and click on the QR code in the top right corner. Details on how to access your web client are in your 3CX email sent by your administrator.
4. Open your camera on your iOS device and scan the QR code shown on your screen.
5. Your extension is configured and you’re now “Ready for calls”!
Important: This app is only for use with 3CX V18 and is not a standalone app.

Good idea however needs some changes
I like the premise of this app however, I think a few features would create a better user experience.
1. Built in video calling into this app, no one wants to download an extra app to use.
2a) Let more than 3 people join a conference call, doing this alone would eliminate the need to schedule a meeting.
OR
2b) Make it so you can join meetings without adding them to your calendar or going to the email link. It’s an extra step that is not necessary.
3. Create a short tutorial video for people who are new to this app. There are a lot of steps to use some of these features, and this can be overwhelming for people who aren’t technologically savvy.
Overall I think this app could use a little tweaking and it could be extremely user friendly. I like that it’s free and it’s great for people who may not have access to phone numbers.
No Apple Watch integration!
Need this app to notify me via Apple Watch if a call is coming through. I am hearing impaired and my Apple Watch is how I am able to be notified if a call is coming through especially if I don’t hear my phone going. Please add feature!
