Doesn’t work with Tickr chest strap now?!?

PROs
Good for beginners. This version is great for people that don’t want use it with any heart rate monitors / Wahoo products.
It shows you videos of intended exercises and their count down timer.

CONs
The app DOES NOT work with Wahoo fitness products.

It would be great if the user can select priority on larger numbers or bigger follow videos on screen.

It was excellent app when used with Tickr chest strap as it would automatically count users reps (and compared stats to a previous workout at the end of the session).

Quick n oh so dirty

Love the 7 minute workout! When pushed for time ie most weekday mornings, this workout fits in and hits all the bases. Allows me to head to work with some blood flowing through the veins and a lil pep in the step
