not saying it's a bad app, it's not! but you cant even start a session because you need to add a profile, but then once you try to add a profile, an error code comes up. fix that issue and i'll be able to give 5 stars.

This app is waste of taxpayers money
Can’t register for account to even access to app
Tried multiple times to register for an account and every time I’m just told my username/password is wrong after I create an account. They are typed correctly and it’s happened with three attempts to make an account. Sad because this is supposed to be the option for 811 for people with communication difficulties and it’s not even accessible…
