Ive been using Agent + since 2016. I tried several other apps and services and none have come close to meeting all my requirements while still beings simple and seamless to use.The Agent + team has also been very hands on and involved when ive had any concerns or issues and are always willing to hear any recommendations etc. They've made several changes since 2016 and with each step, the app continues to get better. I would without doubt recommend giving the app a try. You certainly will not look elsewhere thereafter!

Update August 2019. - still excellent and improving as well.Disagree with the person complaining about it being buggy. Maybe it’s his/her phone. Excellent app has significantly improved my efficiency and billings. The support staff are also very efficient and pleasant. Designed by clever people including a gastroenterologist/internist, which makes the app even more user-friendly.

As a hospitalist I have a very busy routine and Agent Plus helps me be quite efficient with billing. The ability to create a claim anywhere, even in the areas with no internet connection, the ability to save my most used billing codes in my favorites and the green check mark indicating immediate Health Card validation make my life much easier. With the rounding feature it takes me only few seconds to create s claim and I am able to review and correct claims before submission, without the need to contact the billing agent. Health card validation has significantly reduced my number of rejections and with the App is so easy to review , correct and securely resubmit rejected claims.
