Not great

So it's not great. But that means room for improvement. I'm still waiting for a CRM company to get their mobile experience right and I really want it to be Agile CRM. Looking forward to future releases, but in the meantime I won't be using the mobile app. I'll stick with desktop.

Very disappointing

The app is borderline unusable. Major delays in screen transitions and button selections. Have to close and reload the app any time I view a document as there is no visible exit button. Desktop experience is better but still not great.

Customer support wasn’t great either, pretty sad when I (someone using the program for 2 weeks or less) was pointing out features to the support person that they were not aware of “in 10 years of experience”.

There is tons of potential in this program... just need to clean up under the hood.

App offers nothing new for mobile users.

Is it just my imagination or is this app exactly the same mobile experience as using Agile CRM in Safari? The app is just a browser... Kinda disappointing, but I hope to see future updates that actually looks like an app experience and not just a browser window. Agile has a lot of good things going, so hopefully they will stick with it and make this app awesome. Like another reviewer said, mobile experience is the Achilles heel of most CRMs for me. I work from my phone, and that’s not just a fleeting fad.
Update: Changed my review from 2 stars to 1 after being prompted to login again and discovering that you can’t edit some settings, like logo upload, on mobile... because it’s just a browser window - not an app!
