Landscape mode on IPAD

Sure do wish that this would work in landscape mode. I use my IPAD most of the time for study and would like to be able to use the keyboard without standing on my head :)

App not updating and missing large sections

The medical control protocols and the critical care protocols are missing. As in the entire section is not there. Also it won’t update. I’ve tried everything including deleting the app, resetting my phone and everything else I can think of. I depend on this app and I’m not sure who to reach out to to fix it.

Outdated app

This app needs an in-app update every time you open it and then once it finally updates (like seriously a full minute) the order of the protocols for the different disciplines has randomized since the last time you opened it causing you to have to pause and find the appropriate one. (Not great for Emergency Services obviously.)

The formatting is terrible once you can open a protocol. You have to zoom in to read anything which makes it difficult to switch to another when you need to work between multiple protocols (as ALS ambulances often need to).

This app was great in 2011, it hasn’t been modernized since, and I’m sure it’s costing taxpayers tons of money despite that.
