Never ever book a flight with air India. Neverrrr!!!!!

My international flight got delayed for 8 hours so I had to reschedule the connecting flight. I have to wait at the airport for 12 hours and I was provided with no accommodation, no food or no service. I had no cash on me, I almost starved at the airport. I tried calling customer service tons if times before my flight and got no response. This is the worst airlines I’ve travelled with. I booked a costly flight with 4 hours layover and ended up with a 12 hours layover with no service. Everything was airline’s fault but still they did not provide my accommodation or food! I’d have gone with Air Canada or other airlines, I regret taking Air canada.

Never book flight with air India . It was worse experience. Air India agents in Delhi airport so arrogant and they think they think they are immigration officers no matter you gave them all the paper works they keep asking questions and that’s not enough it’s depends on their mood they can check handbags weight too. Even though they giving special treatment to the people they know . They should learn manners how to talk to the customer. I want to ask the air India app creators why to made this app because air India agents are blind because they are not able to see on computer if customer made changes and they are so weird if they have everything in system they keep asking you where is receipt show me show me . I don’t know person name he agent was on H-10 on Delhi airport on 16 April around 1-3 am if you able to read should learn respect people and don’t asking to pay for overweight when you see there was no any other issues you was checking handbags weight . No big no For Air India airline I paid extra money for 2 seats XL and if was next to emergency exit when I booked app should stop bcz my son is 11 years no app didn’t then his seat was changed and because of that I had to change my seat and I wasted money and no refund option for that they just know how they can charge you they don’t know how to return .
