Worst customer service

Never ever book a flight with air India. Neverrrr!!!!!

My international flight got delayed for 8 hours so I had to reschedule the connecting flight. I have to wait at the airport for 12 hours and I was provided with no accommodation, no food or no service. I had no cash on me, I almost starved at the airport. I tried calling customer service tons if times before my flight and got no response. This is the worst airlines I’ve travelled with. I booked a costly flight with 4 hours layover and ended up with a 12 hours layover with no service. Everything was airline’s fault but still they did not provide my accommodation or food! I’d have gone with Air Canada or other airlines, I regret taking Air canada.

The worst ever airline exists on the planet earth. No information about anything not a single customer service representative everytime you tried calling them they hang after the auto record in the name of AI. No information about OCI minor check in anywhere. How can this airline even operate its business. SHAME.
