Worst customer service ever

I booked a car with the app, and it was clearly mentioned it’s an unlimited mileage car
At the time of picking up the vehicle the agent told me I can only drive 200KM//124mile a day

Customer service advice me to cancel the booking, also promised it’s gonna be free cancellation but later charged me 50 $

Following up with them for more than month and nothing happened

Rates are high compared to Hotwire

I looked a renting a car at Logan Airport Boston on this app. Then did the same on Hotwire app. Hotwire rate was significantly lower. Did the same comparison at Las Vegas airport. Again, Hotwire got me a much lower rate.

What happened!

Use this app for awhile and was really happy about it.
But since the app have been updated on my iPad, all my booking history and current booking just disappear! Grrrrr....
