App design is disappointing.

I like digging into data, especially as it pertains to the air quality in my home, but the app gives less insight than it could. The chart is frustrating. When scrubbing the chart line it should display detailed information about the date and time of the specific data point being hovered. Also why is the monthly chart labeled as “Week 40, Week 41, Week 42”. I want to know the exact dates… is it too much to ask??

Someone on your team needs to find someone with access to the Spotify for Artists app. Their chart system is what yours SHOULD be.

Had no idea I was using an old app

App worked fine, suddenly has new name? Oh, they’re doing a Phillips-type thing with different apps for different hardware versions.

Would have been good to release another app for Gen 1 vs making me do the work? I don’t know if I have to go all through set up again or not, but I’m not looking forward to setting aside time to do that.

IOS app store update to retired app?

It’s annoying that the vendor chose to push an update to an existing app with an old, Gen 1 only app that’s deemed to be retiring. Tried to select “app support “ but got a “dead” web page.

Developer Response ,

Hi there, can you please contact support@airthings.com or reach out to us through the Chat function on the Airthings website? We'll be happy to help you further. Wave Gen 1 app will still be available to use if you have a Wave Gen 1 monitor (serial number starting with 2900). However, you can download and use the new Airthings app if you have other Airthings Wave products such as Wave Mini (SN 2920), Wave Plus (SN 2930), Wave Radon Gen 2 (SN 2950) or Airthings View monitors.
