flexibility in how often you have to play
In-app purchase having error for 7+ days, 3+ messages to admin and 1 email to company UNRESPONSIVE for 7+ days. Essentially cannot make any in app purchases.
They do not seem to care.
Challenging
This game is very enjoyable and I love playing it. Shows a great example on how to manage an airline company. Not an easy game to learn, also has a bit of flaws
1st- This game is a multiplayer game, it lacks communication attributes. For example most games allow users to talk using a better format. Being limited to 210 words in a message is frustrating considering I have to send 6 messages to explain to people how to play the game.
2nd- Fuel Charges are completely unknown! What does 8.0 fuel efficiency mean? Basically sets people up for failure because we have no idea what each plane is costing us for fuel. Maintenance is the same way and personnel. How do you manage an airline without even knowing how many personnel is required for an B747-400?
3rd- Renovating planes by models is stupid if you can only set it for below 60%, why? I want to set a 80% standard , so I have to do it individually to every route.
VIP program is a good idea but they should focus on making the game great before adding features to make people spend more money. People are going to spend their money on the game regardless if there is a vip program. Making an update that improves the design and communications is a much smarter investment. I truly love this game and been playing for a year now.
