Crashes when you select a folder
Doesn’t work on iPad anymore. When you click the folder that contains the video file it just closes.

We cannot reproduce the issue on our iPad and iPad Mini. Please help to email stanleyhsu@asustor.com to provide more detail information about the iPad OS and iPad you used. If possible, please record the video to show how the issue happened. Thanks a lot.
Unable to play a simple h264 MP4 720 video
Choppy to the point to be unable to watch a simple h264 MP4 file.
Subtiles doesn't work
Well I bout the as3201t to be able to watch converted movies using the transcode feature but I'm unable to do so... all in all not that impressed with their software BUT hardware is far superior to synology (previously had ds214+)
Auto search U/S
Since a few update the app wont see my NAS. Have to manually input IP.
Plus it doesnt read half the files that VLC can so basically we dont use AIvideo anymore...

Hello,
Do you use wi-fi in same LAN to auto search NAS, but it cannot find the NAS ? The integrated video player in AiVideos can support to playback most videos we tested. Could you help to provide some samples that AiVideos cannot playback for us to check advanced ? Please help to contact stanleyhsu@asustor.com to provide more information.
