Lots To Like, But ...

This app has a lot to like about it, but the one major flaw is a doozy! Every alarm clock that I have ever used pops to the surface when it is time, even coming through the lock screen to let you silence it. This one you have to find for yourself. And that is a killer 'feature' that is almost enough to have me looking elsewhere. And every month or so that is exactly what I do. No luck yet, but ...

Then there's the cost of a premium subscription - you can't be serious! You really think that it is worth that much?

Thank you for contacting us with this feedback. At the moment, on most iOS versions, we actually can't bring the app to the foreground on your lock screen due to Apple's limitations. It used to be that the phone didn't have to be unlocked to interact with alarm apps, but that is now different, which is why you have to open it first. This is also why we use notifications in our app, which allow you to open the app easily as well so you can stop the alarm.

We will take your feedback into account though and consider it for future updates.

Good but too much light

Updated review: I still like and use the app and I’m happy the review received a response. However, my initial comment still stands. I know how to dim my iPhone 11 screen and I have it as low as it will go. My slider brightness for the clock is put just bright enough where I can see it. The background is not true black. I took a screen shot of the Alarm Clock App and Apple Compass app and there is a big difference. Compass app background is true black. But the alarm clock app is a slightly lit black. Peculiar. The app is still great. But that is the one annoyance. I feel this app used to have a background that was true black. Now it lights up my room. The background is like a low level screen lighting up my room and making the clock look washed out. The only way to increase the intensity of the time is to make everything brighter. Am I the only one?

Hi, Nekwolne! Thank you for contacting us with your helpful feedback! For example, you can adjust the brightness of the alarm clock by swiping your finger left and right. If you are satisfied with the brightness you can lock this setting by going to the settings menu and select ‘Disable Brightness Slider’. This will only affect the brightness of the clock though, as the background is already a true black and can’t be made any darker. If this doesn’t help and the app is still too bright or dark, you might want to take a look at your device brightness settings. This is especially useful for the backlight of the background. You can open this by swiping upwards from the bottom of the screen, which will bring up a small menu. You can use the slider shown to change the brightness of your screen when using any app. We hope you will still enjoy our app, and that we can continue to bring great experiences to you. This app is amazing, there is a hole lot of app that just does not wake u up but this one will always wake u up and there’s a lot of stuff that u can do that are cool even if they are not important!!
