Learning Curve
Wife was practically in tears trying to figure this app out and make sense of all our accounts and how to transfer stuff around, and pay bills....however after a hour or two of screwing around we figured it all out, She's ok with it now and has no issues.
The app isn't easy to use for someone who is uncomfortable with technology and changes.
Switch to Allia
Ever since they changed or whatever they did to the system been having nothing but problems and extra fees that ive never signed up for. 👎🏻👎🏻
I hate this app
Update required every time I open my app.
It always makes me sign in twice , it literally takes 5 mins just to log in, I can’t even make bill payments as it keeps giving me an error messsage, I am ready to switch banks , worse app ever !!
