Each edition of Almanac EXTRA! contains feature articles on subjects that have defined The Old Farmer’s Almanac as a “calendar of the heavens” for centuries—topics such as astronomy, weather, gardening, nature and the outdoors, farming, food, anniversaries, and, of course, the calendar itself. After all, it’s the holidays and other significant events that make the world go ’round. You’ll find audio and video multimedia content within Almanac EXTRA!, making it far more interactive and fun than plain printed pages.

Subscriptions begin immediately with the latest issue after you complete the purchase process.
Back issues are not part of your subscription but may be purchased as single issues for $2.99 each.

Editions of Almanac Extra! are available for purchase as single issues, or via auto-renewable subscriptions, as follows:
∙ Annual subscription for $9.99, issues delivered monthly
∙ Monthly subscription for $0.99, issues delivered monthly
∙ Single copy issues for $2.99
∙ Payment will be charged to your iTunes account
∙ Account will be charged either $9.99 (for the Annual) or $0.99 (for the Monthly) renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period
∙ Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
∙ No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period
∙ Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription
