• Quickly and securely deposit your cheques by using your smartphone or tablet. Just select ‘Move Money’ and ‘Deposit’, select the account you would like to make your deposit to, take a picture of both sides of your endorsed cheque, enter the dollar amount, and submit it. That’s it.

Not user friendly
Wow. For a banking app this is a bad user experience. Was this tested by a UX firm? It seems like it was written by a developer and not a costumer experience specialist. Example. “Deposit capture” under “move money”. How do we get the old version back?

Error Mssg when logging in
Unable to log in to the mobile app. Keep getting an error message. So frustrating.
Sopped working with iOS 13.5 update
Worked fine until I updated my iPhone to iOS 13.5. Since then it hangs at launch. I tried a reinstall, still hangs.
