With the Alterna Savings app in your pocket or purse, you can log in with your online banking details to:
• View your account activity, balances and recent transactions
• Manage multiple accounts - banking, investments and credits
• Pay bills now, or set them for a future date
• View and edit upcoming scheduled bills and transfers
• Easily transfer money between your accounts
• Email money to anyone else with a deposit account at a Canadian Credit Union or Bank with Interac® eTransfer
• Receive messages about your account on your phone

• Display your balances at-a-glance without having to log in (you must enable this feature)

To take full advantage of the Alterna Savings app, you must be an Alterna Savings member (sorry, Ontario residents only), plus already be registered for and have logged into Online Banking. If you’re not an Online Banking member, you can still use the locator feature to find the closest branch or ABM, including THE EXCHANGE® Network ABMs, check our rates or quickly find our contact information.

Your security is top priority, which is why our mobile banking app uses the same level of secure protection as our full Online Banking. You log in with the same credentials, and once you log out or close the app your secure session will end.

It’s ok

Fine for simple banking, checking balances and transferring money. Had a weird incident in the last week where Face ID stopped working and the app was asking for my Touch ID.

App doesn't work

Feb 26, 2020 a Developer emailed me saying the app is fixed
It is not
It will not open ... it crashes
When I downloaded the app it says not compatible do you want to download an older compatible version , I download it and it's the same.
What a waste of time ..... 2 months now
My iPad is operating system is Version 9.3.5
TD Bank USA , TD Canada and all other apps
work well.

Can’t even register!

This app so far is useless, it doesn’t allow to register online you have to call to be set up!! No one answers phone, even when you leave a call back number no one calls you back. Pretty disappointed:(
