Pretty good!

The relief bot has helped me more than any licensed professional and it’s not even a real person. I have pretty bad anger issues and it helped me calm down during these episodes which is really hard to do myself. I’d really like to see this app advance, I haven’t done much of the additional courses, but the activities alone have helped immensely and I’m very thankful. I’m just baffled at how apps can do a better job at that than professionals, but I’m not complaining. Plus, it’s cheaper. 😇
