PERFECT for me

I’m new to Pilates and have fallen in love with it thanks to Amanda. Cues are sniper accurate and perfectly timed. Also love how careful and considered Amanda is re: form. I’ve seen great improvement in my strength and flexibility and have not injured myself (I was not in shape when I started). I love the efficiency (compound movements mean full body workout in 30 min or less) as I have very limited time to exercise. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. LOVE this app!

Amazing instructor and classes

These classes are sooooo good, they leave me sore but wanting more each and every time. I was having issues lifting my arms above my shoulders and only 5 weeks in I have no pain or discomfort bringing them all the way up now.
There is no loud music to fight listening through, she explains each move well and thorough with reminders to keep up with proper form. She keeps herself humble and makes me chuckle each class.
Highly recommend!!!
