Good idea but you need to work on organization.

So I used Kangaride rides three times and in this trips I had issues to two . For one of them I canceled a trip and was meant to get refunded 50% of my money back.which they never did the help center/support is not helpful at all, a complete waste of time. For The second trip after paying the booking fee the driver called last minute to cancel the trip I had already waited for about two hour already (mind you I was basically stranded in a foreign city which I know no one).

Kangaride conducts a follow-up whenever situations like these are declared to us, and absences to rides can lead to a user's permanent ban. Bad Customer service and don’t trust them

I booked a ride and then paid $14 deposit fee then few seconds later my ride was canceled. I called customer service by the way about 10 times because it kept saying user busy. Spoke the the agent And him my ride was canceled and I was charged he said it wasn’t possible for my ride to get canceled except I did it myself. He later confirmed it was canceled by the driver. Offered to refund my money as a store credit and I said no since it was my first time and a friend told me about it. I don’t know you guys why would I give you my money as a credit. I tried explaining that and he said I was ban from the service because chances are I’ll cancel on them in future and they’ll loose money. Well I’m a first timer and you yelling at me and banning me from a service I didn’t use and your driver canceled on me. Your drivers should be the one getting the warning and not me!!

This is a solid car pool app I don’t know why it’s so lowly rated. If I could add something to this app it would be the ability to see the divers’ rating before buying the ride.
