All around amazing

This app is incredible! It targets all aspects of auditory brain training. Standard word recognition, background noise, the speed at which you can recognize words, and the list goes on. It is so amazing to be able to watch your progress through the games and gives you the drive and ambition to keep going and to keep improving your scores, which in turns improves your sound and word recognition through your cochlear implant. They also give you access to very informative lessons daily to teach you everything you need to know to be successful in your CI journey. Having access to a hearing coach is also an amazing feature. I highly recommend this app to all cochlear implant users.

Very helpful

I have just been diagnosed with sudden hearing loss in both ears and now I have to use hearing aids. This app is amazing and encouraging. It helps you to get the most out of your hearing aids and helps you relearn how to hear words clearly. It connects you with a community of people who understand what you are going through. I had a billing issue and customer service went above and beyond to solve it. If you have hearing loss, do yourself a favour and get this app!
