We have made our experience more inclusive for women without periods and women who are in menopause.
Further, we have removed the subscription to allow the app to be accessible to all women.
We have also added push notifications.

This is a beautiful, thoughtful app that provides support in so many valuable ways. Thank you I needed this on so many levels to help me be mindful, kind and present for myself.
Disappointing
It's supposed to be about positivity but restricts usuals by menopausal women. Shameful
Can’t use
Somehow I didn’t store my password, and I can’t remember it. When I tell the app I’ve forgotten my password it never sends a link to change it, to my email. Making me think I’ve never set up an account. But when I try to set up an account it says my email is already being used. So I can never get into the app to use it.
