So far so good, Arctic Spa ocean with salt water system, my wife and I love it, we’ve been in it every day so far going on 2 weeks.
The spa appears to be disconnected. Attempting to reconnect
App worked well until April 2022. Ever since version 5.0.2 was installed, I’ve been unable to use app. All I get is what’s in the title. The Spa Appears to be Disconnected. Spent many hours on the phone with the tech people trying various things and nothing worked. Very disappointing. I can buy a $40 security camera, control it from anywhere in the world, change settings, without any issues. Buy a $20,000 Arctic Spa, and lose the wifi capability after 8 months.
